1.       Part-time Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

The person or firm should be competent in:

·         Social/formative research and surveys – baseline, mid-term and end-term evaluations.

·         Project proposal and report writing.

·         Institutional strengthening, organizational development and capacity building.

·         Analytical skills for effective management and decision making.

               He/she should have:

·         A duly registered firm

·         Be tax compliant – proof of current tax returns.

·         Will support Linda Binti for one week at the end of every month to align operations to the log frame.

·         Will advise the project accordingly
