Community-Based Services (CBS) is mandated with various support services, including follow-up of HIV/TB patients and children with malnutrition, home-based testing of HIV, defaulter tracing, case finding of children with malnutrition, coordinating income-generating activities (IGAs), and strengthening the capacity of Community Health Volunteers (CHVs), community leaders, the youth and other stakeholders on health-related issues. BHC has 53 CHVs who are occasionally trained to enhance their support for community-based services.

Single Mothers headed households:- we support with income unemployment among the youth and BHC - Have supported organized youth group start IGAS. Responded to Community Emergencies during floods and five outbreak. We have informal and Formal system of Education supported over 4000 families with care packages during COVID 19 Pandemic.

We do Patient follow-up visits.

Give timely Reports on patients who need support.
